Arrived in a nice box, opened the box and found the installation instructions, then it went downhill. The written instructions for setting up speed dialing refer to messages on the phone screen that never appear. I can't call them for support/service. You must email information about your issue. I received a set of new instructions via email which partially worked but were very different from the instructions. You have entered 5 numbers in 6 different number fields but cannot speed dial them. I have to scroll through the directory and hope it doesn't reset itself (it randomly does. After playing around with this I went on vacation and came back 3 weeks later to find it had logged 3 messages. ( not all what by the caller according to him) Now I can't reach any number in my directory except one, won't let me scroll through the directory, just gets stuck on that number 1. I was going to send it back to Revane but found mine Vacation is over and I can't go back I throw my phone and another V-Tech phone in the trash as I have no way of fixing the problems
