Spiralizers are always described as something people buy but never use. I do not understand why. It's incredibly versatile, easy to use and easy to clean. Just peel off the dishwasher safe pieces and toss them on the top shelf. Then use a washcloth to wipe away any remaining vegetable peelings. Cooking Zoodles is easy. Simply fry in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper until desired tenderness is achieved. Serve like any other pasta. The suction cups aren't very good, but I just use my non-dominant hand to steady the device. There is a pin that helps hold the veggies in place. My previous spiralizer ended up with a lot of unwanted veggies in it. This spiralizer allows you to get the stem within a minute.
