Doesn't compensate best in Energy Controllers

I liked this controller at first but after using it for a few months I don't like that it keeps its cycle no matter what when you by ten batteries fully charged they float or whatever it is called if i use a lot of batteries they are not compensated or charged so at the end of my day my batteries are not fully charged as my other brand system controller compensates on purpose and while panels produce energy, my batteries stay charged
