I ordered this hob in February and within a month of using it the center burner suddenly turned off automatically (see attached video). Contacted Futile via email and initially they responded and asked me to try a few different solutions. Note that this product failed within a month of use and had a five year warranty and they wanted me, the buyer, to try to fix the problem rather than send a tech. Regardless, I followed all of their instructions, e.g. B. using sandpaper to clean a specific valve and the problem persists. I sent an email to customer support and that's when they started ignoring the emails. I didn't get a response from them for over two weeks until I filed a dispute with Revain whereupon they said they would mail the part and ask me to find a contractor to install it. Again, what good is a guarantee if I have to do everything myself? Of course, this problem arose immediately after the return period had expired. Verdict: Don't be fooled by the five-year warranty they offer. For a $1,000+ product, there is no customer support if they don't know how to fix the problem. Terrible experience. Think twice before you buy.
