I struggle with plantar fasciitis and have to massage both legs at least every day and if not stretch as it gets worse at night. This massage device not only helps to warm up your legs, especially when it's hot. but gently massage every pain. I try not to use medication so I use this in combination with other stretching exercises and Biofreeze to eliminate the pain. The device is not noisy at all and is very stable even at full speed. I will take a look, if you have a very large wattage that exceeds a size 12 or larger it may not really fit your foot as I wear a size 10.5 and I see that is another half inch might not even fit a size 11. But with that being said, this is a great massager and would definitely make a great gift for the holidays 😊
