Arrived within 24hours (amazing), easy to install. Just a couple of points:1. The top section that has to be pulled in order to lift the item above the countertop is plastic, we're hoping that this stands up to continued use over time.2. The logo of the company is emblazoned on the item in white but it was picked up by my daughter that the name KungFuKing has what could be mistaken for a swear word on it - as ours was going into a rental property, we have had to cover this up.
- Great and very useful. Great for value.Hard to install because it is too long.
- Retractable feature may stop working over time
