I ordered this because the regular manufacturer I buy it from no longer sells it to home bakers. This is a great product. It's nice and thick, very strong, and my 80% moisture dough didn't stick at all. First, I poured in a tablespoon of flour and pounded a little, like in a cake pan. Banneton was packaged in an equally strong box (which doubles as a perfect sized cake box, FYI). It's perfect for my 1kg bread. After putting the dough in the oven, I just shook off the excess flour and voila, everything is clean. It costs a few bucks more compared to wooden/plastic bannetons. Very satisfied!
