Extremely poor quality of workmanship, design and materials. The body material is actually quite nice. Then you realize that the inner edges are unfinished and start to wear right out of the box. The vertical bars are too long so they stick out at the top. You could try shoving it under the top unfinished blank, it looks like a frayed flap, but you have to rape it and you feel like you're breaking something in the process. The bars themselves don't fit smoothly in the pockets they were designed for. The middle hinges have sharp edges so you have to be very careful when trying to install them (it took forever to carefully remove when I returned them). A cotton laundry bag looks like 40 thread count fabric and looks like it will tear at the handles when you fully load the bag. I have a similar sized 12 x 12 x 24 basket and a full laundry bag weighs 21 pounds. I'm sure the bags provided would rip when carried down the stairs. The quality is so bad it's a shame they would sell it for money. There are stitches that were misaligned, some didn't even reach full length compared to opposite symmetrical stitches. I can't believe Revain would allow this as a listing. I literally felt like someone was trying to scam me out of my money with trendy online photos, a video that looks like a good demo and lots of reviews that can't be real.
