- The knife looks good and is suitable for any modern kitchen. It's lightweight (1.6 oz), all one piece (full shank) and comes sharp. - Blade length is approximately 3-5/8 inches with a small finger guard. The entire knife is well balanced making it easy to use for small tasks - The blade moves away from the rest of the knife. It looks cool but I have to rotate my arm more to cut the veggies. I have to change the grip to use it comfortably. The handle has notches that mimic the appearance of a water shark.
