I don't know if it is related to this product or the design mechanism in general for changing the straps on the Versa, but I really can't change the straps easily. I haven't found any meaningful instructions and often don't get them to snap. The fastest change I've ever had was 3-4 minutes, which is ridiculous. Anyone should be able to do that in 30 seconds. Right now I need my husband to change the band. He knows how to handle them, but even he admits they can be stubborn at times. He told me that sometimes he has to put a small lever under his fingernail and press it to lock the strap. Maybe I'm afraid of damaging my manicure. I'm completely frustrated because I want to be able to switch groups on my own and not have to rely on others for help which should be so easy. I'm considering getting a completely different tracker. My husband has a different tracker and showed me how easy it is to change the straps on his models. So while the color choices are great, it just doesn't work for me the way I thought it would.
