Excellent doorstop/bumper
This is a very simple, original fixture that replaces outdated spring bumpers and ugly doorstops with a bumper wall. Pull out one of the hinge pins (I put them on the top hinge) and thread it through the hole in the new stop and reinstall the hinge pin. The low-profile bumper rests against the door, and the adjustable push-button stop transitions into the upholstery. Took me about 20 minutes to install 10 of these on different doors in my new home - very easy. Most people won't even know it's there, it's quiet and won't ruin your door or trim. I've used them in two different houses now.
