Now we all use it once a month for the Affresh fresh washing machine. REVIEW #1: Before Affresh: I drained my car, left the door open, ran a self-cleaning cycle with bleach...all the things I should be doing regularly but still smell musty which is why I bought these cleaning tablets. I tried one tab, didn't work, two tabs didn't work, tried two more, all in a row, and I didn't notice any change in smell. I then used distilled white vinegar. It worked better than bleach and those pills. Hence the rating is one star.
