I almost didn't get this bracelet because of the lower stars compared to some conventional ones, until I realized that basically all reviews are low reviews, there have been complaints about it The clasp was complicated. It's tricky, but I bet the traditional clasp would be tricky too if we didn't grow up with it. And this design is much better than the traditional clasp in my opinion. First, it eliminates the need for a loop to hold the strap, giving it a neater look and fewer pieces to snag on clothing etc. Second, once you find the right size, you never have to search for it like you do with a traditional band. At least I like it. But yes, the installation required some concentration and over the next two days I actually forgot how the hooks were attached - and even eventually convinced myself mine was defective! It wasn't there at all, and on day three it's now easier for me than the traditional clasp.
