I was skeptical that this air gun is plastic but it really is amazing. As with all my attachments, I used some Teflon tape on the cap before threading it into the gun and it has been flawless ever since. My old pistol leaked some air so I had to take it off the compressor after each use or it would slowly depressurize. I always leave this gun on my compressor unless I need to switch to another tool and am losing pressure at all! This gun also seems to spray with more pressure than my old gun. Mine came with a reactive tip that other reviewers say was missing from theirs, but I never use it. There are many pistols. 5/5 star product
