CU* Answers, Inc. - Great Platform - Easy To Use

Our Credit Union provides our small organization with all their necessary banking services that we need to manage payroll/deposit accounts for multiple locations. We can access online from any computer or smart phone anywhere at anytime! There haven’t been really anything I dislike about any service they provide but there could be more options available when it comes time to view statements. Sometimes things are hard to track down through certain features so having some easier ways to pull information would help make those processes easier as well (as if this problem doesn't exist now). For us using the system allows everyone easy accessibility of our finances allowing them to use these programs while traveling out jobsites instead of always trying to print off financials or carry around an old fashioned paper ledger everywhere you go. The ease of use with the platform. Our team is able to utilize it with little training and the process of creating a new survey has been very quick! I would like for there to be more surveys that are related to customer service, and the ability to have multiple surveys per client. It allows us to create surveys quicker than if we were doing it manually. This has allowed our team to focus on other things.
