Received a replacement motor for the driver's front side window from the seller very quickly. Came in a box and wrapped in plastic. There's no padding in the box, but that's not necessary. I installed this on my 2008 F-150 crewcab. The second time I changed the window regulator motor on the driver's door. The installation went smoothly as usual with the window motor/rail being replaced; However, after putting everything back together, I realized that I needed to test the functionality. Couldn't test functionality as I was also working on something else that was preventing me from turning on auxiliary power. After installing the replacement motor/rail and putting everything back together I tested the functionality and it worked great and went up and down smoothly. . The only problem is that they connected it the wrong way round. Down is up and up is down. The only interesting thing is that one click to bring the window to the bottom is now one click to bring the window to the top. Installed perfectly again and works perfectly except plugged it back in. Since I don't want to change it anymore, I will contact the seller. I will update my review based on your decision.
