Bought in late October and officially "died" on January 13th. So what is it? 2 1/2 months. Despite using filtered tap water and filters that are included, these Keurig devices are notoriously unreliable. Of course, "product support" ended on December 28th, so we're stuck. I cannot recommend buying more of these. Impractical for what you get for it (one cup per pod and the garbage that creates) and a short, short, SHORT machine life. This isn't the first time one of these devices has failed in less than a year. UPDATE - December 15, 2018. Even after this review, no one from Keurig has contacted us to see if they could help. I don't think they care. But at least this review helped some of you, so that's good. Btw I bought another brand of K-Cup (Cuisinart) from Bed Bath and Beyonce and after 4 months the 'descale' light came on. So I descaled and 9 cans of white vinegar and water later, the light is still on. Turned it on, turned it off, rubbed my stomach and stroked my head, and nothing changed. After this bites the dust, to me it's an old school dripper or even a percolator. This never screwed up!
