Review on Enhanced Philips 9006 VisionPlus 🔆 Headlight Bulb for Improved Visibility, 2 Pack by Brian Foster

Okay, maybe it's me, but they don't seem to be much brighter than the stock headlights on my 2005 Odyssey. Let me break it down for you. In 2012 I replaced the low beam bulbs with an Odyssey hoping to get more light. I originally switched them from 7 year old Sylvania halogen bulbs (HB4 U stamp) to Sylvanina XtraVision (HB4 XV stamp) but didn't see any noticeable increase in light output. Fast forward to early 2018. One of the Sylvania XV bulbs burns out and I replace it with one of the original Sylvania U bulbs. I've noticed that the original "U" bulb is brighter than the later "XV" "-Pear. Fast forward to July 2018. I buy these Philips bulbs because they are said to give 60% more light. I've put them in and they are brighter than the 6 year old Sylvania XV but only slightly brighter than the 7 year old Sylvania U which was OEM. I'm an engineer, so I'll tell you that when it comes to sound and electromagnetism, everything is measured in decibels and reflects how your hearing and sight perceive things. So when they say 60% brighter, convert that to decibels and the difference isn't that big. Maybe that's it.
