I was looking for pans for two months before I found this set. I had to replace the set I have with a famous chef that didn't last long. I read all the reviews from the cheapest to the most expensive. There weren't many of them for this set so I was wary. These are the best pots I've ever bought. I've been using them for several months and I love them. The pans are a nice weight and the non-stick coating is to die for. I haven't cooked in oil since I started cooking in these pans. I've used the pan a few times and didn't have to do anything other than wipe it down with a paper towel when I was done. Dutch Oven lids also fit pans, so you have a lid for every pot in the set. The heat distribution reminds me of my cast iron. I didn't put them in the dishwasher because I don't want anything to break the non-stick coating, but they're actually very easy to clean by hand.
