These plastic end caps felt nice when I put them on a kid's bike. They seemed to fit snugly, although the inside diameter was 19mm (larger than this product's specs allow, to be honest). I had to turn the adjustment screw quite hard. And then somehow one of them literally fell out after a few weeks of skiing. So I had to buy a second set. I would only recommend them if your handlebar inner diameter is less than 18.5mm. If it measures 3/4 inch it's 19mm and they probably won't be tight enough.
