Please note that when you buy from Revain.com you are not buying from Revain, you are buying from the seller. This makes returning a terrible hassle awaiting seller approval. I didn't know it was a process. Never again. However, the chair looks very nice and has many functions. As others have pointed out (wish I saw that when I bought it) it doesn't offer enough support for your back, especially your upper back. . Mesh fabric also feels stiffer. It doesn't allow you to fix it completely in a vertical position as it has a slight tilt that I didn't like at all. It forces you to lean too far forward while working, which gives me neck and shoulder pain. If like me you have cervical issues/or scoliosis you may need to purchase additional support cushions or this chair may not be for you. Disappointed as I thought it would offer more back support. I'm coming back for that.
