Better than hair dryer for curly curly hair

I have naturally curly curly hair. I like this brush because with this brush I found a way to minimize heat damage. Normally, when using a hair dryer, we can never really control how much heat is applied to the hair (even with temperature controlled digital hair dryers). Sometimes we stay on a strand of hair for too long or hold the blow dryer too close to the hair strand, which puts us at greater risk of heat damage and mechanical breakage (constant brushing or combing through frizzy curly hair). I have found that after washing my hair, detangling it and letting it air dry, I can use this brush on a low temperature (240 degrees) to straighten my hair to give it a 'loose' look. I don't aim to straighten them (like many people with my hair texture have tried unsuccessfully). Instead, I can heat each strand of my hair the same way with 240 degrees and just two passes. Now I have full control over how much heat is applied to my hair to get the same effect as using a hair dryer. I am very happy with this product and will share with others how I use the brush. For your information. For the silk press look I will use this brush to 'blow out' my hair and then use an electric hot comb at the set temperature. 400 degrees to straighten it. It is safer, no heat damage and no breakage. Tip: To minimize pulling and mechanical breaking due to hair breakage with this comb, use a Denman comb and detangle each SMALL section first before using a hot comb on that section.
