Great for workouts on my review.
Definitely makes you sweat! I didn't expect it to be so tight though. The arm straps are loose but it is like crawling in a rabbit hole. I'm 5'4 and 135 lbs. Fits the waist great but really hard to put on, and the straps drive me a little nuts. But overall great for the price.
