I use it for work and wear it a few hours a day . The instructions are similar to the illustrations that you will receive with an Ikea product. So if you have any questions, you need to find out by looking at the pictures. Great sound and comfort even though I have big ears. I connected it to my laptop (Meet, Zoom, Team all work great) and Bluetooth to my Android phone. It easily switches between them. My problem is charging it on the dock. From the looks of it, you'd think it would easily connect to the charging contact points, but it doesn't. You'll need to position it correctly to fit the charging cradle, and even then, the weight of the headset can cause it to fall off when you walk away. To me, this is an unfortunate design flaw and if you can live with that, you won't be disappointed with the comfort and sound quality.
