The ease of finding candidates in many industries and the ability to narrow down search parameters so that we are very focused. I love how easy it is to use; no coding or technical knowledge required! Not much, but nothing really. They do charge a monthly fee, which can be expensive depending on the size of your organization. If you have a large team and need assistance with candidate sourcing, this could be costly, though they offer payment plans to make this more affordable. We needed help managing our candidate sourcing pipeline and had been using other platforms in the past that were expensive. Diversely has helped us stay organized and efficient.
