I made a buy from Rehomy not too long ago, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. To begin with, I had a hard time locating the desired item on the website due to its poor layout. It was difficult to find, and the checkout procedure was even more so. My order came, and it was not at all what I had anticipated. The quality of the item was low, and it did not meet the online description. I attempted to get a refund by calling customer support, but the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and unresponsive. In sum, my time with Rehomy was a huge disappointment. If you're in the market for high-quality sports and outdoor equipment, I suggest going elsewhere. Don't bother with this store any longer than necessary.
