Repairing is better than replacing!

"We'll just buy a new screen door," my husband said when I showed him the doors after our bottom wheel broke. Well, a year later, so what? We still don't have that replacement! While the cost of a universal screen door isn't too high, trying to lug it home from the store would be a problem. I ended up just ordering this part and fixing the old door that was patiently waiting to be sent to the landfill. The hardest part was moving the old wheel, after that the new part fitted! A little elbow grease to clean the door and WD40 on an unprotected path and we were back in business with a real Anderson door. Also glad we salvaged the old screen door without the need for landfill!
