I love this hydration pack! At first I thought it was defective. I couldn't get the tube to stay attached to my bladder. But after reading some helpful reviews, I saw that it takes a lot of effort to insert the tube successfully. I thought I was going to tear it up, I was pushing so hard! But finally he entered fully and correctly. I haven't had any problems with leaks. I've taken it on a hike and several long and short bike rides. Comfortably on my back. I also love that the pocket itself is big enough to fit my phone, keys, pocket knife, pepper spray, lip balm, wet wipes and of course snacks in addition to a hydration bladder! Excellent pack of Osprey, definitely recommend.
