Review on 🔥 No-Spill Poly Gas Can - 2.5 Gallon Capacity (1405) by Corey Harris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Firmly/fully press the button until it stops and HOLD IT for the auto shutoff to work properly.

I saw this product in a Honda lawnmower manual and thought it was a great idea. I read all the reviews and checked out Jill No Spill which shows how to use a gas canister. Then I received the product and every time I tried to use it, it overflowed! I figured I might have overfilled my gas can to begin with, so I tried for a couple of weeks (overfilling and spilling gas every time!). Eventually the gas was below the maximum fill line and gas was still spilling. I then took a small plastic cup and placed it in a plastic pan to catch the overflow. I must have tried it 10 times and it overflowed every time! After a few days I received it after a month so I contacted Revain to send it back. Guess what? Gas cans cannot be returned! Then I called No-Spill. The lady was a bit short on me and seemed to think it was probably all my fault. I thought how can I be to blame? It hasn't even turned itself off automatically in all the time I've used it. I have spilled more gas with this no spill can than any other gas can I have ever used. The lady on the phone said you have to press the button on the gas cylinder FULL SIDE and hold it there until it fills up. Only then (when the button is pressed firmly/fully to the stop and held down the whole time) can the leak-proof gas work properly and shut off automatically. For my troubles, she sent me a new nozzle in the mail. When I received it I tried it exactly as she said. And it worked! Out of curiosity, I put the original essay back on and tried it in a new way and it worked (at least a lot better than before). I took the time to write this to hopefully save some people the heartache of not knowing the trick with this attachment. Have a nice day!
