Review on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge 64GB Smartphone by Czesawa ledziewska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The right product for me, the price suited me.

While the impressions are twofold, but rather positive. I compare with S3, which I used for almost 3 years before. The first impression is that it is incredibly beautiful. It's impossible to fall in love with him. Beauty, elegance, glass body, thin lines, slightly curved screen. The black color actually casts into a deep blue - very beautiful, especially in bright light. In general, he fully satisfied my aesthetic feelings. Minus - this beauty does not want to be removed in a case. And if you do not put it in a case, then there is a high probability that the smartphone will be scratched. The first scratch on mine appeared "out of nowhere" on the third day of use, and it was on the screen, which was advertised as super-resistant to all kinds of impacts. It is very convenient to unlock with a fingerprint - just put your finger on the "Home" button, and the phone turns on. True, I managed to scan only my thumbs, I swear at all the rest that the scanner is not completely covered. Perhaps my fingers are just too small, but this is not too critical, in my opinion. Compared to the S3, there are very few settings, some of the usual features and chips are missing. Again - either get used to and put up with it, or download third-party software and set up the phone with it. It’s still not very clear to me why Samsung cut the phone’s settings so much, probably there were some reasons for this after all. There are two power saving modes: normal and extreme. Extreme turns the phone into a Nokia 3310: it turns black and white, only the main functions remain, but they promise a very long battery life in this mode (I have not tested it yet). In general, I like the phone, and even very much, and the money that was paid for it is not a pity. If not for the battery, it would be 5, but, alas, with this smartphone it is not recommended to move very far from the outlet. ate. I want to note the work of Samsung with customers. Despite the fact that a scratch on the screen is not a warranty case, they met me halfway and replaced the phone screen with a new one at no charge to me. They did it in the shortest possible time, they worked very clearly and without complaints. Thank you so much for this Samsung, now I love them even more.

Pros
  • Beautiful, very thin and elegant. Fast and powerful! I can't get enough of his speed. Great camera. Not a shovel in size. Fits comfortably in a small hand. Fast charging (when using a native charger, through postings). Quick fingerprint unlock. Almost all built-in applications can be disabled and forgotten about their existence.
Cons
  • Terrible headset, designed for huge ears. It didn’t fit me, it just doesn’t fit into my ears, I had to buy another one. You can see "fingers" on the surface, the phone seems to be dirty all the time, you have to wipe it endlessly. Easily scratched - with very careful use on the third day there was a scratch on the screen. The battery runs out quickly. Very fast. If you use more or less heavy applications during the day, and not just use the device for calls and a couple of SMS, then there is not enough charge for the day. Despite the fact that the battery is non-removable, I think this is the main disadvantage. Although there is a possibility that this is partly a glitch of Android 5.0.2, and when you upgrade to 5.1 it will be better. We will see. Gets very hot when charging wirelessly. Considering that wireless charging is also very slow, I consider this feature a useless stray that I could do without. A huge number of pre-installed applications, and it is not clear why some of them are needed at all. Thank God, they can be turned off, but they cannot be completely deleted, and they take up space in the phone’s memory.
