If you are in a quiet room, don't make it too loud. Sometimes it gets really really annoying when you try to focus on a work and then turn it on for a while. The overall form factor is good, the quality matches the price. I have to put the mouse backwards on it, otherwise I have to rotate this mouse manipulator 180 degrees. That's because the spinning wobble wheel is on the south side, but most standard-size mice with the sensor on the center or north side just don't match. I'd say it's still a good buy as long as you don't mind a loud spinning wheel.
