Item just received. The box is big, I didn't think it was my product. I opened it and found my mascara. The bottle itself was not sealed, so it is unclear whether or not it was used. I opened it up and when I did I found that it wasn't complete. I saw the line where the mascara cream ended in the bottle (I was half thinking about the bottle, see attached picture). Then I went to weigh the ink. .9 oz I took 2 almost empty other mascaras and weighed .6 on both. The tube of Bourjois Mascara is bigger than others I've had. Definitely not a full bottle. I've been waiting for this mascara. Very disappointed :( Will be returning. Not satisfied at all! UPDATE: So I wanted to return the product and gave it a try. When I filled out the return request I don't get a refund and a replacement is sent to me. I just go for a replacement but the tube has the same weight and also shows half a bottle, I think there is a spare bottle with it.
