Great platform for multi-location business

I like how easy it was to set up, my reps were able help me with any questions or concerns regarding their product - they are very friendly! The dashboard makes keeping track super simple when you have multiple agents working out side by day in different departments throughout our office building which allows us all one phone number/email address as well making scheduling easier than ever before!! It helps organize incoming calls so we can know what department each call came from (we use this feature heavily).
