I have owned similar sets of weights before. These Everymile weights are more substantially made than the others, and seem more durable overall. The weights are filled with iron sand, which makes them softer and more pliable than the metal inserted weights in my old sets. The straps fit ankles and wrists well, and the velcro holds the weights securely, which is better for joints and for maintaining good form. The neoprene is comfortable against the skin and doesn't irritate.All of the materials seem to be high quality, and the stitching seems secure. The only thing I have reservations about is that it takes a fair amount of fiddling around to get the weights out and back it again, because of the shape of the openings and the snugness of the weights' fit in their little compartments. Otherwise, I am very happy with this set, and like the sleek look. Great also that the neoprene is washable. The current price seems reasonable. Recommended to those who have agile fingers and/or the patience to play around with the weights to get them in and out of the pockets.
