Not for you if you want to match color or need quick access to earrings. This is how you organize yourself from the length of the earrings. You'll find it difficult to use all the holes if you wear more earrings than studs. Also expect a crosshair for double-sided use. Expect earrings to drop when you access the ones you want. This is nice but not good for OCD as you have the same holes available on both sides, not a duplicate plate. In general it works, but you have to take your time.
