Complete crap so don't even waste your money and time on it.
I installed them on my car one evening and drove about 20 miles to work. They didn't let off as much light as I expected but they got the job done. However, when it came time to return home at midnight, I found myself in a dangerous situation. As soon as I started the car and turned on the headlights, I immediately noticed that the brightness began to decrease. After 4 blocks they were done. I had no headlights the rest of the way home. Spend the extra money on lamps with fan-cooled heatsinks. Avoid that cheap crap.
