I’m 5’8”, 150lbs, 40D, and I ordered a large. Fits perfect, not see through, nice soft material and it’s nicely made. The sleeves stayed off the shoulders like they should. However, all I did was go out to dinner, I didn’t get crazy. I’m going to order more,
