The box was a VERY obvious return, the rethreading was very sloppy, incomplete (trowel missing). I understand why this blender was returned, inferior attachments made from inferior materials, like toys, almost flimsy and small, splash guards kept losing, at that stage I stopped playing with this thing. The worst thing was that the regular price was $279.96! paid $109.99, it seemed like a great deal. Why do companies make such products? Repackaging and trying to fool someone else sad to see shoppers beware On a positive note it has good suction to the counter the blender is very light I have 10 speeds why on earth do I need 10 speeds?
