COMPLETE MONEY LOSS: Had to replace my 20 year old. an old 190DT No Bark Trainer that has worked great for 20 years. Eventually it collapsed. I bought this new one and it has been "reworked" with new material for the collar and buckle. The buckle is so heavy that it literally PULLS the collar out of the way, so the barking mechanism is on the SIDE of the neck and not near the vocal cords that should activate it. I should have listened to another reviewer who said the same thing. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I wrote to the company and received no reply. You need to bring back the old design. It will NOT sit properly on your dog's neck. So it does NOT work.
