The filter has a 1 inch internal thread. The thread is cut too deep. When you screw the tube into the body it never tightens, it just keeps turning until it hits the ground. I wrapped 8 turns of tape and pipe dope on it. It was the only way I could get a thread drag. It's not dripping yet, but I'm not very happy with it. I wouldn't buy this again.
