Review on G.Skill RipJaws V Series 16GB DDR4 RAM - Model F4-3600C16D-16GVKC by Thong Pilla

If you want reliable RAM that runs at rated speed without Ryzen, this is not the RAM. It's fairly sparse on RAM and seems to be working after I did some manual tweaking. The XMP (DOCP) profile loaded without any problems and seemed stable until heavily loaded, mainly games, after which the computer froze. I finally got it to work leaving only part of the settings in XMP profile, frequency, core timings and voltage (DDR4-3600, 16-19-19-39, 1.35V, leaving the rest on Auto ) manually adjusted and set VDDCR SOC voltage to "Bias mode" and "+". It will lower the clock speed itself and only operate at 1779 MHz (3558 effective), although there will be no more dropouts.
