The antenna was dismantled for shipping due to lack of space, so it was open and therefore had to be tried to build it up. Getting the right gear can be a hassle, and I wasn't expecting that. Another issue is that the Tram label on the plug was white and I believe the label should be red which makes me wonder if it's fake and I don't know because the packaging was opened and the original top one Seal with the tram logo was missing. After spending an hour setting it up it just gets worse and worse because when you set them up you have to counteract the setting for both areas so without the right hardware like an analyzer it becomes a nightmare. I will most likely be returning it and ordering next time from someone who has a Red Label 1180 antenna that comes assembled as intended. I have attached a picture of what the inside label says. should look like mine was white.
