Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

Midway through the month of October 2022, I purchased a set of Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV winter tires in the size 235/55/R19 for my Land Rover Discovery Sport. The decision was deliberate due to the fact that prior to then, I had driven summer SUVs equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires and they had left a very deep impact on me (prior to that, I had driven on Continental CrossContact LX Sport tires). The Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV has traveled slightly more than 930 miles (1500 kilometers) at this point in time. The fact that the tire is still silent while having a somewhat more aggressive tread pattern than a summer tire came as a big surprise to me. In addition to this, they are quite flexible, meaning that bumps and pits are handled with much more ease than with summer tires. During the evening of November 19, 2022, freezing rain fell in Hong Kong. Prior to exiting the highway, approximately 10-15 kilometers were traveled on clean ice through the private sector. The car acted in a self-assured and predictable manner, and I did not experience any difficulties as a result. Today, November 19th, 2022, as promised, there was a significant amount of snowfall in Hong Kong. I made the decision to use the snowstorm to my advantage and test the tires' performance in the snow. I was really satisfied with the outcome. Generally speaking, I encourage people to make purchases.

Pros
  • Quiet, gentle. Exceptional control on icy and snowy terrain.
Cons
  • We were unable to find it.
