I don't usually write many reviews; However, this bedding set definitely calls for one. I usually buy duvet sets cheap as I have dogs (and a husband) who can ruin my bedding pretty easily. I decided I wanted a better quality 100% cotton comforter. Tired of the microfiber feel (almost slippery) and I live in Phoenix so it's hot. The microfiber versions are fine, but I don't like the sheets sticking to me. I chose this one because I love the ivory color and the embroidered details. The extra $20 I spent made a world of difference! I really love this set! It creased a bit in the wash, but I don't like it when the linens are too "perfect". Perfect fabric weight. Not too heavy and not too light. Some of the other blankets I've bought from Revain that were 100% cotton were very flimsy and easily tore. I don't expect that from this set. It washed well although it was a little wrinkled. I was afraid that after washing it would lose its brightness, but that didn't happen. I think the creases add a "boho" texture that I like. Hopefully the puppies will take it well. To be honest I would buy it again if something unfortunately damaged this set.
