Honestly, I don't know how they make money from this. I bought this for my deer skinning station which is hitch mounted. I can easily pick up a white ponytail with one hand. The crank is very smooth-running, the spool is large enough to wind up a whole bundle of steel cables. The only thing I found is that the installation instructions for the small clamp that holds the steel cable are reversed. The bolts go in the spool and the nuts go out. This way the wire doesn't get caught when you turn it over. What a great product! I have already bought 2 of these.
