I bought this part and a Dometic part (more expensive) so I could have one to replace the original and one as a backup. I couldn't install it properly, so I just went with Dometic. The console in this example was a slightly different shape than the Dometic part, although you can't tell from the photos. I'll take the mainspring (which seems to have broken on these parts) and put my original Dometic part (the one that broke) on top. The problem is I'll need a workbench, heavy clamps, etc, probably to push it in and try to seat the lid. (((((((((Probably this part will work with other Van toilets too. I have a Dometic 302 65 1001 White 510. The pedal is on the left. Also sold at Revain.)))))) I guess, I was just going through the pics and needed to match the part number as there are many types of van toilets Hope this helps!
