Absolute rubbish. Don't buy this. After reading many reviews I took a chance that the plastic that comes in the canopy is different from what is advertised. That is absolutely right. This product will tear up your awning. Additional plastic protrudes above the awning roll to hold the tape. Once you start rolling the awning and the extra plastic is pressurized it will damage the awning. I heard a popping sound of pressure on my tent, just in time to prevent it from actually piercing my vinyl canvas. I cut the plastic that is attached to the strap and attached the strap to my original plastic tube that goes in the reel. I got this idea from a couple of people who also bought this and found it rubbish to salvage my purchase and at least get the benefit of using this product's strap. Do not buy this product, it is rubbish. waste of money. What you see in the picture is not what you will receive at all.
