This is the first non-genuine filter I have found for the latest models of Black & Decker vacuum cleaners (e.g. models HLVA320J00, HLVA320J26, etc .) which I have only seen for sale on the Black&Decker ServiceNet Parts/Service website and more recently at a major hardware store. It's great to see you finally have an alternative to those other retailers' high shipping costs (especially if you have a Prime account). Pros: Easily available from Revain, they are cheaper than OEM filters. (shipping included) and they work. Made. The Bad: It's definitely a cheaper version of the OEM filter - there aren't as many pleats, so these filters probably won't last as long as the OEM filters. Also, while the OEM filter is supposed to be washable (not much in practice as there's a lot of dirt stuck in the folds where they narrow), I have no idea they can be washed/reused after they get clogged. In addition, the build quality is okay, no complaints. Verdict: Four stars for value and affordability, but falls short of five stars for underlying design. It's still unclear if it's better to buy the more expensive OEM versions or these cheaper ones, but if your original filter dies, they'll do as a replacement.
