Great product - have been using it for over a year
I have had this heater for over a year now and use it about once a month. It's easy to use. Unlike the previous hot wax, this product (along with the corresponding wax) is not hot, hot and does not harden. I've found that it leaves the skin intact and the hair doesn't grow back or become much weaker. I highly recommend it.
