I would have preferred a round wooden chopper. An end isn't much better, and the "brush" end is fine but brittle, and if you run a sharp edge across gums, it can be uncomfortable between teeth at best. I'm a fan of "hockey stick" toothpicks and I find them the most satisfying. Like everyone else I guess since I bought the originals years ago and got 24 packs. I'm running low now and they've gone up in price and have a built in flaw so they don't last forever like they used to. And yes, I would use a toothpick, just wipe it off with my fingers, and put it in my pocket to use again. So sue me.
